I've checked in on many hotels and I know which ones are the good and bad; so I will be as true as possible to this review. Well to start this out; the parking. It is very narrow and the spots are not that many. On first glance, I had a problem looking for the parking entrance. By the second swing around the building, I managed to find an A-Sign that says "Hotel Parking". By entering the parking area, I had to slowly fit my Toyota Sedan as I move down. If you are planning to check-in here, don't use any bulky or long vehicles unless you will park it outside. Around evening, the parking gets full quick. Meaning if you ever leave for dinner tonight (for example), there will be no space available when you get back.
The Lobby, Customer Service, and everything in between
As soon as I enter the lobby, the first thing that caught my attention was the spacious interior view. Very clean and easy on the eyes. I did not expect it to be this big. Customer service is excellent! Professional and straight to the point. Quick and easy. They even throw in Free Parking on our first night. Our stay comes with Complementary Breakfast Buffet and at night, free Happy Hour Drinks. By entering the elevator and walking down the hallway, it got that Luxor Casino (in Vegas, minus the tables and slots) look. On the middle you see he lobby with all the rooms surrounding the edge on all 4's. Fantastic so far!
The style of room that we got is "Superior". Reminds me of my previous studio apartment; minus the kitchen. Everything is clean and complete. Equipped with two flat screen TV's that comes with HBO, Cartoon Network, etc. Small living room with sofa bed and a work desk that are dust-free. Bathroom smells great but the toilet keeps making that flushing noise but got it fixed. Microwave and a tiny refrigerator are placed well for that easy reach; clean as well. They have hot water! I'm currently suffering from back pain and their bed did not gave me problems at all! The room is well taken care of.
